1981 Matsumoku Epiphone Sheraton
This very rare beast has landed today!! It’s a 1981 MIJ Sheraton finished in a rare Wine Red!
It was built in the Matsumoku factory, Japan in the early 80’s. These were considered to be a much better build quality than the later Korean version in 1994.
This particular guitar still has its staggered tail piece and has also had Gibson 57 pickups professionally fitted.
This guitar will quite literally knock spots off of most Gibson 335’s out there … It’s an absolute gem of a guitar and really has to be seen in person as photos just don’t do it justice.
The original 75 pickups will be included with the sale of this guitar. Also included is an Epiphone hardcase as pictured.
These guitars are very difficult to come by so get it while it’s hot!
